put new stand pipe and dummy plugs in today and torqued oil rail bolts to 15 lbs and I see on here they should be 10 lbs should I pull valve covers and back them off or leave it alone
They'll be fine. The spec is actually 120 in.lbs, which is 12 ft.lbs. Most torque specs give you a +/- of 1 or 2 ft.lbs any way. Now if you said you only did them at 5 ft.lbs then I might say pull them off and tighten them up more. But since you're over the spec you are fine.
