2004 f250 no start

I was driving down the road and just died. The codes were p0670 and p2617. And I had a bad battery. R2 battery and ckp sensor. The ckp sensor code went away. Then I got the icp code. Checked the wiring on the icp, found a burnt wire and the platsic clip is broken. Replaced the clip and wires. Still no start. Is there a fuse I'm missing? Tested the icp before I replaced the wiring and and was getting power but not putting anything out. What to do now??

I would start investigating the sensor and pigtail, then do the high pressure oil leak air check
