Rough Starting After Fix

I have an 03 6.0, air, diablo, and open exhaust from cat back. Just had the FICM and HPOP replaced. When starting it, it knocks alot louder and harder than before, and it seems to struggle to start. It turns over no problem, but takes a few more seconds to start than normal. Any ideas?

How long ago was the HPOP replaced? It takes quite a while for the air to work its way back out of the system. I have replaced my HPOP 3 times in 2 different trucks and each time it took a solid day or 2 of normal driving for it to get back to normal.

Take the Diablo out and see if that changes anything. It's been a month since the HPOP, but how many miles? Where did you get the FICM from?

The Diablo has been out sinc I got it back. It is at stock right now. It's probably been about 700 miles since getting it back!

Did you buy a new FICM, or have the old one repaired? Have you checked FICM voltages? Does it run better after it warms up? Have you checked codes witha quality scanner?
