Need schooling on AE.

Trying to diagnose no-start condition on 2005 Excursion. I have Auto-Enginuity, just trying to learn how to use it better. When the Excursion died I had the AE hooked up, I have been scanning FICM main power, IPR, ICP desired and actual. When cranking while hot, I show ICP of 580psi(desired and actual), and an IPR of 38%. FICM main power is 48-49 volts steady. I see that I can set the % of the IPR. What do I need to set it to, to test it? This is all for a hot no-start condition.

while cranking IPR should be at 84.99 or 85%
