Misfire all cyclinders

Yesterday my 04 6.0 started to smoke (dark). Today I connected my AutoEnginuity. found that I'm misfiring on all cyclinders. No check engine light. 140K plus miles, have had the truck since 52K. I haven't check the glow plugs. Is it time?

Yes, its time to check your ficm voltage output. You could also have low fuel pressure or a high pressure oil leak also. If you got a code for all 8 injectors then you need an FICM or reseat the plug. Does it run better when warmed up? Any hot starting or long crank time problems?
