figured out my problem
I had a new windshield put in my truck back in feb. Insurance put it in at no charge. The seal is leaking water under my dash and fried my fuel pump relay and my pump. I have to get a new sjb now. I called my insurance company and asked what should I do so I filed a claim with them about this problem. Still waiting to hear back from them. Do y'all think I have a legitiment claim. My truck sat and got rained on 4 days straight when this happened. There was water in my sjb cover. thanks guys

Sounds legit. If the installation had been up to par, you wouldn't be where you are now.

That's what I'm thinking to. Why should I have to fork out a thousand bucks for someone elses screw up. It never leaked with the old windshield and it was cracked. Lol

Might want to call the company that installed it. They should have insurance called an "E & O" policy that might cover you. (errors and omissions)
Either that or their general policy might cover it as well. |
