Codes?

My father-in-law's 06 6.0 has these check engine codes: P0299 and P0611. Could someone tell me what these codes are?

Thanks,
Cory

P0299 - Turbo Underboost (leak somewhere or stuck veins maybe?)
P0611 - FICM (looks like you'll be buying a new FICM here shortly)

Do you have a gauge setup in it? CS / CTS / Scangauge II etc? Your FICM voltage should read 48v (+/- 1 volt never to drop below 46v) at Key On Engine Off, Cranking and at idle. If it's below 46v you need to replace the FICM.

How to test FICM

Thanks,
His turbo probably needs cleaning. He doesn't drive the truck much or drive it hard. Would low batteries or a bad batteries throw the FICM code?
