Why FICM FVP 2V initially and then rises slowly toward the 13V?
FICM FMP ok (47-49V)
Is it wrong FICM or PCM? What is the importance of PCM / what does it control? Now, the new batteries in the car. Visiting a terrible cold, but it is very warm. Oil and filter changed. Also the fuel filters changed. Nothing helps. Car does not smoke any of it mountain weather  HELP !??!?!
