FICM problem or what??

I have a 2005 6.0 with intake and exhaust only (turbo down) and the engine light keeps tripping on. the codes that come up are the same ones:

P0264-cylinder 2 injector circut low

P0267-cylinder 3 injector circut low

C342D/C3064-manufcture control

P0055 H02S heater resistance bank 1 sensor 3

not much comes up when the codes are googled, my guess is wiring harness??

I erase the codes, usually 16 or so, repeats, then it pops back on, anywhere between 10 to 100 miles.

any help here??

thanks.
