Radiator Leak--plz help!!
I have a 2004 f-350 with 104k. I walked out this morning to see that my truck had liquid under the radiator on the ground so I opened the hood to see that there was white residue and coolant leaking from the top of the radiator. I know i have to do a flush. Am trying to locate some restore now. I just had my oil cooler and egr delete done about 8k ago. What coolant should I use and should I do a restore+ flush also? How extensive is the radiator replacement? I am pretty mechanically inclined and have done stuff from transmission drops to ring gears. This is my first diesel and I just dont know enough about them yet. Thought on flush and coolant choice? I have a filter which Ill change also when I am done flushing, and I know the shp used ford gold when they replaced my oil cooler and did my egr deal. Thanks in advance for any and all advice you can give.
