Replaced turbo now truck cranks but won't start

Replaced turbo on my 6.0 liter last night all went together just fine. triple checked electrical wire to make all was connected. Pre oiled turbo and went to fire up, she cranks but no fire. checked to see for buzz check with key on, good there, check to here fuel pump came on, good there. wondering if anybodys got a direction for me, thanks. trucks an 03 6.0 manual tranny sct tuned, but otherwise stock motor.
