Your hard start issue could be a failing FICM, do a search for how to check it-its pretty easy. Your voltage should be no lower than 46v but should generally stay about 48v. If your ficm checks out ok it could be a bad injector, in that case youll need to put it on a scanner and see which injector isnt firing.
The puking water out could be blown head gaskets. |

Could also be bad egr cooler with the coolant puking out of the degas

ficm more than likely bad, an delete the egr cooler! it could possibly be injectors, any check engine light? smoke when it starts? let us know.

LOL Head gaskets. REALLY BAD head gaskets. They will do that. Run really rough miss like a bastard, lack power puff smoke wot.
EGR cooler, fire it up and it will have blow by flying out of the tank. Head gaskets builds pressure in degas bottle as the turbo builds pressure. Injectors-runs rough when cold then clears up when hot. OR drops cylinders as it gets hot. Depending on which way they go. FICMS-runs rough sometimes has check engine light with it sometimes doesnt. FICMS can be shot gun diagnosed and be mistaken for high pressure oil leak. need more details. |
