03 injector replaced no -start

I have an 03 6.0, pre- september truck. We replaced #6 injector and discovered chaffing on the injector harness. Upon further investigation wires were showing signs of a bit more damage. The guy working on the truck wrapped all bare wires with tape and put it all back together. Now truck won't start at all... Turn key over and just spins not even trying to fire any thoughts I need to get it fixed only mode of transportation

Are you sure the high pressure oil hose that connects to the oil rail was pushed all the way in. If not you wont build injection pressure.
