Major fuel leak

03 6.0. Major fuel leak coming from front of the motor. Its leaking on the passenger side right above tensioner pulley is where it seems to be coming from.Truck runs and drives just leaks like all get out. Any ideas where to check first? I see nothing coming directly from top around filter area etc. Its leaking down on the belt and blowing it everywhere. Thanks.

Have you checked the banjo bolt on the fuel line in the front of the head? Your Lucky cuz the passenger side is easy to get to. Can you post a photo?

Yeah, either the banjo bolt or the fuel line itself. It runs really close to the pullies there. Might have gotten rubbed thru somewhere. Really that's the only thing around there that has fuel in it. It shouldn't be that hard to change if that's the issue.

That fuel line has a support bracket that bolts to the intake. It's right underneath where the boost line goes into the intake, on the passenger side. Just trace the line coming off the fuel filter housing and you should see it. Might have vibrated and started leaking where they welded the bracket to the line.

I had that support bracket rub a hole in the line. Check there!
