truck goin in limp mode i think

i have an 05 f250 6.0 4 dr swb,6 inch lift,37" with 20" wheels,motor has airraid intake,bullydog chip,4" exhaust,cat back,no gauges,

My question is when im towing down highway cruising bout 70 mph the truck looses power an then slows down to bout 55mph and will stay there no matter how much gas u give it,but if u pull over shut truck off it will ride normal power for a lil while but then lose power again.Just was wondering if anyone had this problem or know what it is.thanks

Check for codes. Even if the light hasn't been on there may still be codes.
