Marmon clamp removal. What's the trick to this??

I just started my bulletproof diesel oil cooler system install and have run into an issue removing the marmon clamps. I got them loose enough so that the bolt that goes through it is finger loose and can almost come right out of the clamp, but the darn thing is still to tight to remove. It is my first time removing a turbo or even dealing with this type of clamp. What's the secret ?
Is there a special handshake, dance, or witches spell I need to cast to get them off?

Any light you could shed on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

the clamps get frozen to the flanges over time. if you can wedge a flat screwdriver under the clamp and twist it'll usually pop free. sometimes a long screwdriver and a hammer will work to loosen it up too. use LOTS of penetrating oil

i usually dab a little anti seeze on the clamp putting it back on. it'll seat better on the flanges and come off easier the next time
