Truck cuts out when cold??

Posting for a friend, has an 05 6.0 and he said when he gets in his truck and takes off right away his truck will "cut out" until the temp gets up to normal operating temp. Any ideas? I told him to let it warm up, never good to rail on a cold motor.

Probably has injector stiction. Run some Rev-X in it to see if it will clear it up. Definately needs to let it warm up though before taking off.
