Oil Leak
So I noticed a couple of drips of oil on the garage floor, so I thought I would crawl under and take a pic. Anybody able to help ID this leak? The truck has ~ 60,000 miles.

Bed plate or rear man seal?
I have the same thing going on so I need to find out as well |

I'm going to suspect the bed plate as well. Engine has to come out to fix it.

I would get some carb cleaner and clean it really good. Then keep an eye on it, check it from day to day till you start seeing where it is forming at first. Then should be able to narrow it down.

I finally took it into the dealership fearing the worst (bed plate), but it turned out to be, and I quote:
"PERFORM OIL LEAK DIAGNOSIS FOUND BLUE CAC TUBE HOSE AT TURBO LEAKING. CRANKSHAFT SENSOR LEAKING AS WELL. REPLACE HOSE. REPLACE SENSOR. WASH OFF ENGINE ROADTEST AND RECHECK FOR LEAKS. OK" All covered under warranty. On a side note. My boost prior to taking it in would only get to 21-22, now it's closer to 25-26 |

Nice! That's way better that a bed plate. Now I need to go look at mine!!

And apparently that didn't fix the leak, as it is back again. Man I hope it's not the bed plate.

My truck looks exactly the same just started a month ago so I went under there and cleaned it up and checked all the oil pan bolts that I could and all of the ones at the back were all lose while the ones at the front of then pan were all very tight. I pulled to rubber plug on the fly wheel cover and checked to see if it was dry and it was. But naturally I am very interested in this topic too cuz I hope its not the bed pan. I only have 74,000 on the truck and no warranty left and is not tuned

Back to the dealer.... they claimed the oil drain plug seeping causing oil residue to accumulate on the bottom on the tranny, so they replaced the plug. I cleaned all the residue off the tranny, went on a small road trip and it started leaking again same spot. So I took it back and they claimed the BLUE CAC TUBE was leaking again, so they cleaned it, and put it back on, took it for a road test and claimed no leaks. Time will tell

Who gave you permission to take a picture of the bottom of my truck? I just got my truck back (from dealer) with 2nd EGR valve, and now the leak. The last 2 times it leaked her they put on a new ICP sensor. 88,000 miles.
