no oil presure problem

when my 05 f250 6.0 is started the oil presure on gauge works fine cold but anytime i shut it off hot and restart it i have to hit throttle to get pressure to rise

more notes:
every once and a while the truck falls on its face taking off from stop

yesterday it spitered and sputered for about a mile i shut it off and restarted it and it was fine only time it has ever done this

oil presure problem has only been happening about a week

this truck was just turned in to a repo truck about a month ago has not really been worked too much before just hauling motorcycles mainly

anyone have any ideas where to look for problem thanks in advance

STC fitting probably. Could be dummy plugs as well or possibly IPR valve.
