Exclamation low rpm/speed vibration

Seems i have a common problem I own a 6.0ltr 2003 f350 lariat single axel crew cab which I love anyways I'm experiencing a shake in the truck at around 1800rpm 30-45 mph in town it goes away if I downshift or put in tow mode seems to be in sync with engine turnover maybe a weak injector? This is my first diesel so please help lcso2nddb@gmail.com

My '06 has been doing the same thing for a while now. Plus I'm getting hard starts when the engine is cold and poor fuel economy. Took it to the dealer yesterday and got a call from them today with an update. According to the tech., the EGR valve was pretty gummed up and sluggish to respond. He seems to think this is what is causing my problems. They replaced the valve and updated the software and are gonna keep it overnight to test it out again in the morning. I'll let you know what they say.
