Another hard to start

I have a 06 6.0l with 81k miles, the truck is hard to start all the time even when it's warm outside. I can usually count to 5 while cranking it over and it will finally start, or I can try to start it twice and on the second crank it starts fine. I took it to a local dealership since its still under warranty and they blamed it on the FICM and supposedly fixed it. Well when I went out to pick it up it still took a long time to turn over, so I went back in and got the service manager and showed him that it still is hard to start he reassured me that it had been fixed and that it had air in the line and it would go away in a couple days. I think its the GPR or and issue with the glow plugs, so I am taking it back today so they can try again. Is there anything else that could be wrong (I already tested the batteries) or am I correct thinking it could be something with the glow plugs or GPR.

Thanks Dustin

did you test the batteries seperately? what did they fix on the FICM? Spend some time reading thru this site, all the information is here you just have to find it. Good luck!

Yes both batteries were test seperately, I believe they adjusted the FICM the voltage was dropping below 45.
