OK Diagnostic is back

These are the things that the dealership says needs to be replaced.
High pressure pump
IPR Regulator
ICP sensor
HP tube
Intake gasket set
Turbo
VGT Solenoid
VGT Connector

Can all of these things fail at the exact same moment in time? There is no way I can do all of these at once. Where would you start in trying to fix these issues? From my previous post. I lost all top end power, pulled over then began having no start when hot. Truck starts fine when cold.
