Starts runs good cold stall warm wont restart hot

2003 6.0 this truck starts up fine. Has no power at all when warm will smoke when warm. Also stalls out then starts hard when hot. There is no check engine light. passenger side of engine runs at 400 plus degrees on manifold the driver side runs at 150 degrees. What could possibly make one side run and not the other? I thought IPR or ICP but why would it only affect one side? If so why no Check engine light on?
