now when i got the engine dissemble and my high preassure oil rails are empthy does it fill up just cranking the engine?
or do it have to fill up before put valvecovers on?

They will fill themselves up. It takes alot of cranking. The two plugs are the dummy plugs at the front and standpipes to the rear. Make sure you get the updated ones.
