6.0 2003 starts easy, smokes when warm, then stalls?

I have an 2003 f350 with a 6.0. Originally I replaced the head gaskets and egr delete as it was smoking from coolant and only coolant. I put it all back together and it still smokes but from fuel. It starts right up oil pressure reads normal and very little to no smoke. The warmer it gets the more it smokes and will eventually stall out and then is hard to start. Any ideas what it could be? The left side of engine runs about 40 degress cooler than the right side. I have no check engine light on. I ordered auto enginuity to see if I may be able to pull codes. Any ideas?
