BUBBLING AROUND EXHAUST MANIFOLD BOLT BY HEAD

As the title says, I have fluid bubbling around the last bolt on the exhaust mainfold. I have been loosing coolant lately and am curious if you think this could be the head gasket.

Also, wanted to let everyone know that I repaired my FICM myself this weekend and it went from 21 v to 48v. The thread on the repair is in the forum. It is easy to do and worth checking. Truck started right up even being cold.

Thanks in advance for your help
