Engine start up has blue and white smoke and misses.
I have 2004 6.0 powerstroke. When I start it up with a cold start at any temperature or any time of the day the truck starts right up, but it blows out white and blue smoke. It misses and has now power after about 30 mins. Or so it will clear up and run just fine. It has a cold air box and a edge programer. Please help!!!! Thanks

Does it still have the EGR on it? You might be burning coolant and oil. Blue smoke is usually oil. White smoke is usually coolant on the 6.0. If you can, post up a video of it. How many miles do you have? It's probably a combo of the oil cooler failing which can lead to egr cooler failure, cracked degas reservoirs and headgasket failure.
