A few code ?'s and parameter settings

First off I gotta say thanks for all the advice that many have taken the time to give. I've seen on here many a times people get on and ask the same questions over and over without looking in the tech files or reading others posts. You're not the first one to have oil in the coolant or coolant loss etc. So with saying that here's my questions that I've taken no time to research ;-). I put the edge evo on the truck but have not loaded any programs yet and it's showing 6 dtc's. Four said egr which is to be expected it's gone but one was about injector something and the other unknown. No dash light is on and the truck seems to be running great for the 30-40 degree weather. I can't remember which code was what so I'll post em all. P2287, p006a, p0401, p0403, p0405, p0603. I'm not sure if I should be worried or just clear them and see if they come back.
The other thing I need help with is after putting the cab back on the transmission shifter has too much play between nuetral and overdrive. Is there a way to adjust it. The needle will say d but you're still in nuetral.
