Strange electrical problem on 6.0 diesel

Strange electrical problem on 6.0 diesel

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm having a strange problem with my 2003 f350 6.0 4x4. - Please help.

I first lost my radio. And after shutting off the engine i attempted to restart, but had dead batts.
After a jump, with motor running ABS light mysteriously appeared and stayed on, then I began losing gauges, air con. and all other electrical systems with motor still running.

I limped home and the batts were dead again.. The batts are new as in 3 weeks old and the alt is 2 weeks old. The reason for the new batts and alt is because they died 3 weeks ago. The trans was replaced 2 month ago with a brand new factory replacement By an authorized installer also.

Any ideas Guys?
Please help

Get it running and take a voltmeter and check whether the Alternator is putting out 12 volt charge. If not, your alt. is bad again.
