Sea Foam

I have read on a couple other forums of people that have stiction issues and sea foam has cleared it up. I am running rev-x now but still get cylinder 4 fault when the truck warms up. Its weird and the complete reversal of what most people complain about. Cold she runs like a raped ape, warm cylinder 4 drops off the map at idle. Off idle the truck runs great. Do you think the sea foam will help or is it bad on a heui system? Any help would be great.
