2004 6.0 jumped and replaced batteries but...

exhausted batterries on a cold start -tried jumping key turns but no crank , replaced batteries with new ones still same-will click and can hear sound near passenger side behind battery but nothing further,have never had starter problems-any guess??

Any starter sound at all? Sure sounds like its not even getting power. Maybe if you cranked it too long you took out the starter or the noid...

Too bad I am not out there this week, I work by phx now and then.

thats what i am thinking its not getting past something to the starter-any idea off hand where id find the cellanoid in there./
