slow/hard start low oil pressure at idel

i have 04 350 that is hard to start cold or hot. when the trucks warms just alittle the oil pressure will drop to nothing. it has a lack of power but really noticeable after 2200 rpm. it has oil on top of the v so i removed the turbo and thought it could've been the oil return from turbo to the HPOP leaking so i replaced the o-rings and still no luck. truck had the same symptoms as b4. any help would be great i use this truck for work and its my peak time right now

Possible oil pressure switch leaking. It's on the back side of the oil filter housing. I think it has a single wire connector.

I was referring to the leak and gauge issue.
