i have replaced all injectors and the wiring harness that runs to them. i removed egr and cleaned. batteries r good. it would smoke until got warm so i changed all this. it made it some better. now it only smokes on takeoff for a few hundred feet. and then has awesome power. after its ran long enough to warm up it will start fast then next morning wont start or hard to. now it wont start. any suggestions?

You need to check your FICM (Fuel Injection Control Module) voltage. Needs to be at least 46v-48v.

Very. If the voltage is low, don't buy a stock FICM from Ford. You will have to pay for the module and then pay to have it programmed. Check these guys out and go with the 58v upgrade. Swamp's Webstore I just put one in my buddies truck for the same problem and now I think mine is on it's way out.
