Help, Stalling and no power after exceleration

2004 6.0 engine. Before the hollidays truck started blowing alot of steam. Looked like a steam engine. After reading post on here was sure it was the EGR cooler. After the new years I ordederd bullet proof egr delete. Done all the repairs and cleaned and rebuilt the turbo with new garrett rebuild kit. After priming the truck started and ran great. rev'd it up, turbo spooling and sounded like it would pull a house down. No smoke or steam, Dry exaust. But, when I get it out on the road it will lay you back in the seat then loose all power, shaking, no idel and dies. after a while it will start and run rough. let it set awhile and sounds good till I get it on the road then same thing. I have no check engine light or any other light even when it looses power. No visible oil leaks. Oil preasure gadge is above half way. That is where it ran before. Suggestions please.
