egr or head gasket?

my 2006 6.0 has spewed coolant out of the resrevoir several times now, though runs perfect otherwise it only does it when im in extreme street tune at max boost and it makes a tea kettle sound i put a tee on the coolant line that comes of the top of the reservoir and observed the pressures, under normal driving in stock tune the pressure rides at about 7 psi, on extreme street high boost im seeing 16 psi then the cap starts puking. so it runs perfect and i have no white smoke coming out of the tail pipe my my eot ect are always within 9 or less degrees of eachother so what do you guys think ead gasket or egr ? what other tests could i do to figure it out?

u can test for combustion gases in the reservoir, or watch coolant for a heat spike both of which usually indicate head gaskets.

*at least thats true for gas jobs

You can go to BulletProof Diesel's website and they have a video to determine which is bad.

Two simple things you can try if you havent already are lower the coolant to 1/2" below min. line and replace cap. If it still pukes, EGR cooler or HG's.
