HPOP system failure...I THINK???? help

ok my 03 hasnt started since i owned it.....I just recently looked deeper in the engine bay and found that the ipr is completly missing... i just got back from a deployment and honestly didnt know it was missing... that should be the cause of the no start...other than that what are some other no start reasons.... is there anyway to check and see if the hpop is bad with out seeing if the ipr screen has glitter on it...i am hoping it doesnt... thank you everyone

You'll have to install an IPR before you can really check anything else. There are a lot of things that can cause a no-start but that's where you need to start.
