leaking injector(s)

i have 1 or more injectors DUMPING fuel into the engine. its so bad i have diesel leaking out of the exhause side of the turbo and the rest of the exhaust. when you try and crank it, it wants to hydro lock. only thing i can tell is it is coming from the passenger side of the engine only because of the diesel seeping out of the exhaust up pipe.

what can i do to see which injector is it? I do not have access to a VCM IDS. if the injector is stuck open how would i check to see which one it is?

Unbolt the passenger side exhaust manifold from the cylinder head to have a look/see at which hole is wet.
