05 6.0 wont turn over or run the fuel system?

Guys my EGR Cooler is blown so I haven't been driving my truck. It went about 2 months with out being started up. I went to start it the other day and the battery's were dead. So I tried to charge the Optimas to at least get it started. Well the lights started to come on in the dash, but the fuel system wont cycle and when you hit the ignition nothing happens. It wont turn over at all. Now I jumped the starter and it turns over fine. I think I fried a relay or some thing. All the fuses look fine. IDK where to begin looking. Good battery's, but the same problems. Guys im lost on this, could it be the FICM or something? If you guys can help I would appreciate it.

Not related to your problem but did I meet you at Ohio Valley Raceway one night when you were at Ft. Knox?
