Just solder the wires back up. It will be the same color wire to the same color wire. From All-Data, the wire colors are:

early 04
1-RD/OG
2-BN/PK
4-DB
5-YE/BK
6-BN/LG

late 04
1-RD/OG
2-BN/PK
4-DB
5-RD
6-BN/LG

If it rippped the wires out of the fan clutch, then you will have to replace the clutch. Other than that, it is pretty straight forward. Just look at both sides of the cut wires and match them up and reconnect them with solder..

Don't know if this will help. Don't really know what you have left of your wiring. Here are some pics of the plug and the corresponding wires and their locations in the plug.
