**Dropped her off at the Dealership**

On my 04 f250 4x4 we the oil cooler change, EGR delete, Intake cleaning and turbo cleaning put it back together. Still had hard start issue. Resolved any "Coking" issues. Got it started and drove it down to our buddy who works at the dealership. Ended up changing the FICM and FICM relay but still started rough. Once running ran a TON better however on the laptop it showed low oil pressure on the high side. Now is when it will get expensive my buddy said. They will be trying monday to find the high pressure oil leak and hopefully fix it then before we get another snow storm. I will keep you posted!

Well, talked to the service manager and they found 4 Injectors to be leaking pressure and are also doing a fuel pressure regulator. Since they have both sides off I am going to have them just do all 8 injectors since it only makes sense to do them all. Should have it back tonight or tomorrow. Now we need some snow to make this money back!

So the injector change is related to HPO leak off? Interesting. What condition are the fuel inlet screens in?

Yes, when the injectors leak out the top or at an o ring it is a high pressure oil leak. i would guess they would change the screens if they have it apart. I will check and see. thanks!

if its just the o-rings, I remember reading that Ford doesnt have the parts anymore they only have whole injectors. You can get ahold of injector o-rings thru international I think someone did it before. Ford dont like it though!

I would appreciate it. Im trying to get a timeline on how long my injectors are gonna last. And from what i understand, the majority of injector issues are related to the fuel inlet screens being ingested into the injector body. Any previous injector/rocker work?

How many miles on the truck, ULTRA?

Well, i am going to confirm that and probably misspoke on the orings being bad as i Know the o ring kits are available. However I do trust this guy and he wouldn't change them if they didn't need it. I will keep you posted. truck has 127k on it. Turbo and High Pressure oil pump were warrantied at 66k

Here is the latest info on exact issue. 5,7 and 8 injectors were bad. #1 injector was causing high side leak for the top of it. the IPR screen was full of crap and blown out. and had low fuel pressure.

Wow. sounds like it had some issues unrelated to what im worried about. Good thing the low fuel pres only took out a couple inj instead of a full 8.
