HELP!! lots of smoke and hissing

i just repaired my brothers egrcooler and oil cooler in his truck that the ford mechanics said were blown. now im getting a hissing sound from the turbo which i believe is the y pipe not seated properly to the turbo. but as soon as the engine heats up a little i go from a little smoke to a whole lot of continuous smoke billowing out and im seeing some radiator fluid shooting out too. i removed the egr cooler and installed a rcd delete kit on it and im wondering what you guys think. i tried to drive it around the block and it has no power. they said it may be a blown head gasket. any ideas guys. im lost at this point.

I looked at the RCD delete kit, where does that pipe go? Does it replace the passenger side up pipe?

yeah it does replace the passenger side up pipe. i had just spoke to a buddy who is a ford mechanic and he told me to just run the **** out of it till it gets rid of all the crap built up in it. i guess all i have left HOPEFULLY is to figure out which one of my pipes is leaking so i can get rid of this damn hissing sound i am getting.

this hissing should most likely be the Y pipe not correctly seated to the turbo. very common error of reassembly
