coolent levels in my 6.0?

so im aware of the different bottles or stickers on the overflow bottle and i was wondering if an 07 should be full to the low line of full line and is overfilling it a problem? mine seems to not want to ever be over the low line when i first got it it seemed to be right at low line and now it seems to like to stay lower than that, not by much and that might just be my imagination... but i was wondering what level it should be at and why it might change if it is? i have a pyro guage and it hardly ever gets to 1000 degrees even when towing, i use a hypermax tuner afe stage two cold air and magnaflow 4in no cat no muffler rotella t synthetic and hot shot secret oil addative. i dont let my boost go much past 20 or 25, however i do not have an egr delete or head studds... i just had my truck at dealer for a fuel problem and they didnt bring up any issues on the scan other than the bad fuel injection control modual, is my truck fine?? would the dealers scanner bring up any head or egr issues?
