Most folks want that sound. What year is your truck and is this different from how it sounded in the past?

If it's an '03 that's normal. But like Evil Eye said: How is it different now?

I'm about to do the foil delete on mine to get more "sound" out of mine.

Can you give more specific detail about the noise, when, sounds like, certain parameters that it does it or not?

check all your connections to and from your turbo. with the truck running of course. try and do it after the truck has been sitting and cool that way everything isn't hot while you're searching around in there

yeah, check your exhaust components first. shouldn't take more than a minute to check everything. if you have high idle mod done, it'll help push more air/exhaust through whatever is leaking. IF that's the problem

When the truck is under power it makes more noise. The noise started last spring. I noticed it just when I would put the truck under light power or accelerate. I really had to listen to hear the noise.I can also smell the exhaust in the cab. hope this helps Thanks
