No start

Just did egr delete and oil cooler and it won't start. First time I tried it fired then nothing since. I also did the upgraded fuel pressure spring so don't know if I messed something up there but just took old parts out and put in the new spring and other things that came with it. I double checked all connections everthing loooks good except one connector on top of oil cooler I can see the copper wire like it got pulled away but it still connected. Turned key on put tester on it and no voltage but don't know if it is suppose to have it there. Plugged back in nothing.
