6.0 no start

Ok I have been having some of the similar issues that I have read about. My 04 will not start. Even when plugged in on a cold day. It usually will not start on a warm day. It seems to me to be cranking slowly. I am now on the third starter. Replaced both batteries and the battery cable. That was all before I came read the posts on here. I know this is a bad but usually to start it a quick shot of starting fluid would do the trick. It immediatly crank faster and start. Well today being around 7 degrees I can't even make that trick work. I also just noticed oil around the threads of the oil filter. Please help someone!
