quick ficm test questions

i have a 03 6.0. checked my ficm today.
at the pre-buzz position on- got no voltage
at the buzz got 48+with no drop
at engine start i got 48 + with no drop

is the engine on pre-buzz position correct with a no voltage reading, or should i be getting a reading there?

When the key is turned to the on position, your should see 48v as well.
