Injector help

Ok guys ive got an 05 f250... Had all 8 injectors replaced due to the dealership telling me i had 4 bad. I didnt let the dealer do it bc they wanted 4 grand to do it. Had another shop do it and 3 weeks later i have went through 2 injectors and now have another bad. The thing is that there is only a problem with it skipping or missing when it is cold. Once warmed up it seems to be just fine and shows no codes. I need some help. The place im getting them from wont send me another injector bc they want to do an analysis on the ones that have gone bad to determine if its them or me .Have i just gotten a bad batch of injectors or is my truck eating them? The truck has a S&B intake, PMTdiesel exhaust, Bullydog triple dog programer,88k on the clock.

they are remans... they are under warranty and thats why the place that built them wants to look at them before they send me another one.they've already sent me 2. FICM checks fine. 48V on on start and 48.5V running.

the only time i get any codes other than the egr is when you first crank the truck. It started with a #5 cylinder contribution fault, replaced injector. 2 days later #3 cylinder contribution fault, replaced injector. Now #7 contribution fault. Once it warms up everything checks fine.
