Ford Replacement Turbos > What Gives ?

This is no BS , my boss has a '04 F-350 170K miles that is going in the shop this week for Turbo #5 thats right ...5th Turbo !!! he has the extended warranty which he purchased that covers till 200K (they replaced the engine at 80k )

He drives this thing like he stole it , so why are the Turbos Failing ???

I would be curious to know what his oil temperatures are? Hopefully he's got gauges and can see what it's getting up to. Also, is the engine an early or late 04?

Oil Changes every 3k Delo 15/40 .air probably every 20-25k .Company pays for maint. and Trk. Payments as he uses it for Co.Business
all it says on VC is Quality Ford Re-man Engine ( no Specs ) ...he has no other gauges than stock
