07 idles terrible

I have an 07 f250 truck has 40k on it I ran innovatives tunes for about a month and then had problems with the truck "missing" at idle it shakes the entire truck around and the tach will jump about 50-100 rpm. It doesnt matter if it idles normally or if i flip the high idle switch it still idles terrible. I took the truck to the dealership about a month or two ago for the same thing and they kept the truck a week cleaned the turbo and installed new drain lines and changed the egr because they said it was stuck and they reflashed. . . but the truck is still doing it I';m getting horrible mileage whcih I think may be due to the new flash I can even deal with that I just dont want the truck to run like hole.

Also I have changed the oil 2 times and the fuel filters 2 times in hopes I had just got some bad fuel . . . . . nope . .oem filters also

Add some Diesel Kleen or Lucas Upper Cylinder Lubricant & Injecor cleaner for Diesel Mine runs much quieter & Powerful accelerations after a dose,,

sounds like you got some bad injectors good luck

I run diesel kleen every tank . . I was thinking it was the injectors also but it seems like they said they ran an injector test? I think they just cleaned the turbo and changed the egr rather then actually fixing the problem hoping I wouldnt come back Anyone know of a good place to take a truck in or around ky?
