05" F250 with a DTC p0275 cylinder 5 contribution balance fault. It has brand new injectors all the way around and just tried a new one today in the #5 slot and still pulls the same code. It only pulls the code when running before the motor warms up. Skipping and blowing white/gray smoke with almost no power until it warms up then seems to run fine and shows no codes. Whats could be goin on?

Could be the FICM. Do you know when it was last reprogrammed by ford?
